The MATA-03819 four channel linear TIA family supports high bandwidth optical data links. The devices consume very low power, allowing to be used in high density 400 Gbps optical ROSA and optical modules. Key features include RSSI for photo-alignment and power monitoring, and I2C control of Bandwidth, Output Amplitude, Peaking, Loss of Signal (LOS), Gain and other parameters. Multiple part numbers are available to support both wirebonded and flip chip assemblies. The MATA-03819 is targeted for wirebonded PIN photodetector applications.
