The MATA-005817 is a linear TIA for 100G, 200G and 400G receivers using multilevel modulation such as PAM-4. The TIA provides linear, low noise, amplification for single-ended input current levels from 0.1 to 2 mApp single-ended and has bandwidth of 35 GHz. The bandwidth/peaking control functionality can be used to optimize for specific photo diode parasitics. It also includes a photo-detector current monitor for RSSI.
