Online Data Center Summit to be held June 13-15

Lightwave will collaborate with sibling sites Cabling Installation & Maintenance, Data Center Frontier, and SecurityInfoWatch to produce the first of a planned two Data Center Summits June 13-15, 2023. The online conference will feature several panel discussions on topics ranging from high-speed optics, DCIM and digital twins, fiber connectivity, colocation and the cloud, powering the data center, sustainability and more. Information about the event is available from the Data Center Summit website, where potential attendees can register online. Sessions will be available on-demand as well.

The online event will contain content relevant to operators of data centers large and small, as well as the companies that supply these facilities with technology. The speaker roster comprises data center managers, technology vendors, consultants, and industry analysts. The agenda includes roundtable discussions of such topics as:

  • Designing a Data Center Network for Sustainability and Growth
  • Progress on Data Center Transmission at 800G and Beyond
  • DCIM, Digital Twins, and the Evolving Data Center
