Zayo Group buys QOS Networks for SD-WAN capabilities

Zayo anticipate significant growth opportunities in pair QOS Networks’ capabilities with Zayo’s wide-ranging fiber infrastructure.

Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. says it has acquired SD-WAN and edge managed services provider QOS Networks from M/C Partners (which is a founding investor in Zayo as well). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Irvine, CA, QOS Networks offers SD-WAN and global network management services to large enterprises via an AIops-driven network operations platform. Zayo anticipate significant growth opportunities in pair QOS Networks’ capabilities with Zayo’s wide-ranging fiber infrastructure. QOS will become a division of Zayo and retain its brand. QOS CEO Frank Cittadino will become senior vice president of edge services for Zayo.
