Optical power-level test kit

The omk-6 optical test kit for power level and attenuation on singlemode fibers can be operated with three keys. It contains a dual laser source with 1310 and 1550 nm, and an optical power meter designed for level measurements in the +10- to -65-dBm range. The laser source can be operated at both wavelengths simultaneously and the power meter recognizes the wavelength automatically. The amplitude modulation of the output signal facilitates the identification of fibers. The meter has a push-pull adapter suitable for standard 2.5-mm plug-in connections. The laser source has a recalibration interval of three years.
