VIAVI’s ONMSi Build Software paired with the Lit-Fiber Ready FTH-5000 (Fiber Test Head) 48-port rack-mounted 1RU shelf is designed to offer rapid, easy installation of remote test capability in the smallest footprint and power consumption package.
VIAVI’s ONMSi Build Software paired with the Lit-Fiber Ready FTH-5000 (Fiber Test Head) 48-port rack-mounted 1RU shelf is designed to offer rapid, easy installation of remote test capability in the smallest footprint and power consumption package on the market. Customers are using the combination to test PON/FTTH networks with hundreds of PON exchange locations. The design responds to customer requests for four screws for installation and the small footprint with a built-in 48-port MPO switch and a Lit Fiber MUX module to inject the test signal into the live traffic – all in a 1RU rack.

Judge’s Comment: “This high-density solution is just in time for the boom in the PON market.”
