The Metallic PIC connector, shortened to MPC, maintains a low profile while enabling low loss connectivity between the Optical I/O of a Silicon Photonic Chip via fiber ribbon cabling and the mid board connections or all the way to the front plate and beyond, completing a Senko supported light path.
