- What is the “BEAD Waiver,” and what does it mean?
- How do I verify that the products I purchase are compliant to BABA?

Josh Simer is AFL’s market strategy and innovation manager for service providers and multiple system operators (MSOs). He has been in the optical fiber and ICT industries for 16 years, prior to which he was a U.S. Army Infantry Officer.
