Gigabit transceivers

The FTR-8510 multimode and FTR-1311 singlemode gigabit transceivers take advantage of the speed and flexibility of Fibre Channel. Data transmission rates range from 100 Mbits/sec to 2 Gbits/sec, making them suitable for ATM, Hippi serial and SCI applications. The transceivers have bit-error rates of less than 10-16. They integrate a transmitter, receiver and built-in test system into a 1.5ٴٲ.45-inch package and use a 5-V DC power supply.
