This product is a wavelength-tunable optical transceiver that operates at 25 Gbps within an SFP housing. The transmitter converts a 25-Gbps NRZ electrical signal into a 25-Gbps optical signal on a specific wavelength. The receive side takes the 25-Gbps optical signal and converts it to a 25-Gbps NRZ electrical signal. The module can be used in many applications and is targeted for the 5G wireless and Remote PHY markets, which are demanding more bandwidth and require data rates above 10 Gbps.

Judge’s comment: “A great product. Customers deploying 5G will love it!”
