Lithium niobate modulators

Lithium niobate modulators in the X2600 family operate at rates to 10 and 20 Gbits/sec. The modulators are available in a single-drive configuration at 10 Gbits/sec, featuring an integrated optical attenuator for customized chirp adjustment at high bit rates or during long-distance transmission. The modulators are housed in low-profile hermetic packaging and are used in sonet/sdh and dwdm applications.
