SpecTran Communication Fiber Technologies (Sturbridge, MA), a subsidiary of SpecTran Corp., entered into a partnership with BLS Communications (Mechanicsburg, PA), a training and consulting company. Under the agreement, SpecTran will supply BLS with optical-fiber products and technical resources for use in training programs offered by BLS to network system designers, installers, cablers, and end-users.
