JUNE 10, 2009 -- ICC (search Lightwave for ICC) has released its new HiPerLink Fiber Plug and Play assemblies. The HiPerLink Fiber Plug and Play solution has been designed to quickly and neatly deploy a network infrastructure in any type of environment.

The HiPerLink Fiber Plug and Play system is offered in three standard configurations: cassette-to-cassette, cassette-to-connectors, and cassette-to-work area outlets in 10-gigabit LC and SC styles. All assemblies are factory built, tested, and perform with an insertion loss less than 0.3 dB (industry average is 0.75 dB). The assemblies comply with TIA/EIA-568.B.3, FOCIS-5, and IEC-61754-7, and support the IEEE 802.3ae 10GbE standards. ICC backs its assembly offerings with a 15-year end-to-end performance warranty right out of the box, with no testing or certification needed.
