Fiber tester

The CertiFiber certification tool is available to test multimode fiber-optic networks to tia, iso, and other industry specifications. The unit features one- button autotest that provides pass/fail results. Users are prompted to specify the required fiber standard and the number of splices and connectors on a segment. The unit then displays a pass/fail result based on length, propagation delay, dual-fiber and dual-wavelength loss measurements for 850 and 1300 nm. The handheld device automatically determines the optical link budget and certifies two separate fiber links simultaneously. The CertiFiber kit includes CertiFiber, CertiFiber Remote, ScanLink software, serial cable, and user guide. List price is $3995.
