Singlemode couplers

Singlemode couplers serve applications such as unidirectional and bidirectional communications, fiber in the loop, cable TV, passive optical networks and local area networks. Using advanced CO2 laser-heat sources enhances the coupler by eliminating long-term drift and preserving the integrity of the fiber during fusion, according to company claims. Available in single wavelength, wavelength flattened and dual wavelength, the couplers have better than 60-dB return loss.
