The company offers a portfolio of professional services and suite of service control products that promise to help generate revenues and save network operators up to 40 percent in network costs. Cost savings will come from network engineering, capital expenditures, and operating expenses by integrating and automating key functions of the carriers' capacity fulfillment process.

ServicePlex Designer's Professional Services, combined with the Company's service control products, provide operators with a complete toolbox to economically and reliably plan, implement, and restore their optical networks while offering next-generation wavelength services. One such service, Optical Network Service Planning, arms network operators with complete flexibility in planning, implementing, and optimizing optical transport equipment through intelligent routing of optical services on mesh and ring networks.
