Time Warner Cable to expand its national network via agreement with Level 3

Level 3 Communications Inc. (NYSE: LVLT) says it has signed a multi-year agreement with Time Warner Cable Inc. (NYSE: TWC) that will expand Time Warner Cable’s national network. The agreement includes core infrastructure services for enhancing the network’s redundancy and reliability. The companies also agreed on terms and conditions for exchanging IP traffic between their respective backbone networks.

The agreement includes core infrastructure services for enhancing the network’s redundancy and reliability. The companies also agreed on terms and conditions for exchanging IP traffic between their respective backbone networks.

"Through these agreements, Level 3 continues to be a valuable partner in the growth of our Network's capacity and strength."
