Cable modem and bridge

Enabling data communications over cable television networks at speeds to 10 Mbits/sec, the End to End solution is comprised of the NeMo cable modem and NC Bridge. At the subscriber end, once installed and powered on, the modem initializes automatically without any configuration. Each time it is powered on, it receives all of the required operational software from the headend. Attached attenuation adjustment also checks and calibrates the modem to determine and set the minimum power needed to ensure clear transmission. A data link protocol is in place to overcome noisy networks and guard against errors. The solution package also includes an integrated software package that provides industry standard billing, authentication, maintenance, statistics, and reporting modules that can be integrated into existing subscriber databases and accounting systems.
