April 3, 2002--FiberRide Inc. has partnered with Pardee Homes to deliver all digital, high-speed fiber-optic broadband to Pardee's Canyon Hills master plan community in Lake Elsinore, CA.

FiberRide Inc. has partnered with Pardee Homes to deliver all digital, high-speed fiber-optic broadband to Pardee's Canyon Hills master plan community in Lake Elsinore, CA.

The Canyon Hills community will encompass more than 950 acres of open space. Fiber-optic, broadband access will be available to every homeowner.

"We are pleased to provide this outstanding high-tech feature to every family at Canyon Hills," contends a representative from Pardee Homes. "It's the community of the future, where homeowners with a computer and Internet access will be able manage their activities, research local resources, or join the neighborhood gardening club just by logging on to the community intranet. It is all going to be possible with connection through FiberRide, a fiber-optic solution that creates a truly interactive community."

New homes within the Canyon Hills community will have broadband access through FiberRide's 'fiber to the home' network, which allows for data speeds unrivaled by traditional providers, contends the company.

"FiberRide's fiber-optic network is faster, has more bandwidth, and more options than all competing providers," asserts Phil Clark, president of FiberRide. "Phone, cable, wireless, and satellite options do not compare to the limitless bandwidth available over our fiber network."

The Canyon Hills community is under development in the eastern part of Lake Elsinore, along Canyon Hills Road, and will be developed over the next 10 years to include up to 4,000 homes. For more information, visit the Canyon Hills website at www.canyonhills.net.

FiberRide Inc. (Irvine, CA) builds, owns, and operates fiber-optic networks within master planned communities and other new home developments. For more information, visit the company's Web site at www.fiberride.com.
