The most impressive aspect of EXFO’s participation in OFC 2022 was collaboration with 7 partnering vendor companies as well as interoperability demos with OIF and Ethernet Alliance members that illustrated the scope and flexibility of our automated and reliable solutions. One key area in our OFC demos was PIC testing with our advanced swept continuous laser testing of passive optical components at picometer resolution and at high speed. Our CTP10 modular passive optical component testing platform combines speed, accuracy, and flexibility. As well, our test solutions compliant with 400G/800G, including the new CFP2-DCO module for testing coherent optics, were a highlight at this year’s event. Transceiver vendors need to ensure compliance throughout the transceiver lifecycle, and EXFO is expanding its range of electrical and optical test solutions by integrating technology acquired from InOpticals Inc. into our test & measurement portfolio to deliver comprehensive, modular test solutions. This brings best-in-class performance across the end-to-end process for transceivers and optical components. At EXFO we strive to deliver reliable tests faster, and we’re committed to providing lab and field test solutions for physical network testing. Our field network testing solutions deliver unique value by automating, streamlining, and sequencing field tests and workflows—from network deployment and service turn-up to ongoing optimization.
