Following a 16% decline in the first quarter, Ekinops’ sales of optical transport equipment rebounded sharply by 42% in the second quarter. Over H1 2025, Ekinops’ revenue came to $67.3 million, which was nearly identical to H1 2024.

Verizon’s second quarter consolidated revenue reached $34.5 billion, up 5.2% year-over-year. The company stated that this result was driven by solid wireless service revenue and a more than 25% increase in wireless equipment sales.

This company attributed the revenue increase to higher Mobility and Consumer Wireline revenues, partially offset by declines in Business Wireline and Mexico, which were also impacted by unfavorable foreign exchange effects.
