JSI enhances network operation service capabilities with LogicomUSA acquisition

March 10, 2025
The deal adds a 24/7 contact center and hosted VoIP solutions to the company’s portfolio.

JSI, a broadband engineering and consulting solutions provider, has acquired LogicomUSA, a provider of voice, network, and 24/7 contact center services to broadband providers and electric cooperatives nationwide.

The acquisition strengthens JSI's ability to deliver enhanced broadband solutions by combining Logicom's expertise with JSI's engineering, consulting, compliance, and network managed services.

For its part, Logicom has gained a large customer base that leverages its voice and network services, 24/7 contact center support, hosted VoIP, and compliance services.

The company focuses on delivering technical support experience through an interactive knowledge base, custom contact center platform, and Bring Your Own Agent (BYOA). This transformative platform allows operating teams to scale, customize, and deliver service on their terms. It seamlessly integrates ticketing, call center capabilities, and analytics on a single, intuitive platform.

Logicom's network services and contact center operations will integrate into JSI's Network Engineering division.

To ensure no customer disruption, Noah Southerland, CEO of Logicom, will continue to lead the contact center operations as part of the broader Logicom team.

David Makuen, CEO of JSI, said, "Integrating Logicom's services and outstanding team into the JSI organization strengthens our position as the go-to broadband solutions partner.”
