Enghouse Systems (TSX:ENGH) has completed its acquisition of Espial (TSX:ESP).

Headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, Espial provides a cloud-based video software platform. Espial's primary solution is a SaaS cloud-based multi-tenant, multiscreen IP video platform that includes scalable cloud-based server and client software for AndroidTV and RDK-based set-top boxes and apps. Espial also offers service providers and device manufacturers its software components and professional services as a solution for on-premise network deployments.
