St. Louis network

MFS Communications Inc., Omaha, NB, has completed construction of a 100% fiber-optic network in St. Louis. The network extends approximately 80 route miles and will connect at least 42 buildings. The metropolitan area network encompasses downtown, the airport area and the Creve Coeur/Maryland Heights business markets. MFS Telecom Inc., an operating company of MFS, will maintain and operate the network through its subsidiary Metropolitan Fiber Systems of St. Louis Inc.
