Fiber-optic receiver

The HFM1202-331 Ethernet fiber-optic receiver serves computer LAN 10-Mbit/sec applications and meets IEEE 802.3 signal standards. A PIN photodiode and a preamplifier mounted in the connector provide maximum shielding, amplification and current-to-voltage conversion. The postamplifier integrated circuit provides final amplification to logic output levels. This device has a 500-ohm output drive capability and -35- to -12-dBm sensitivity. Operating temperature range is 0 to 70C.
