1550-nm transmission system

The Maxlink 1550-nm-based transmission system suits long-haul applications that are beyond the reach of 1310-nm transmitters and fiber-dense architectures. The system includes two plug-in modules for the company`s HL 4000 broadband fiber platform, including a dual-output optical transmitter and an erbium-doped fiber amplifier. The modules have built-in network management capabilities and are network management station-ready for local or remote monitoring and control. They operate between 0 and +50C.
