Si-fi 274 fiber-optic modem/line driver doubles the capacity of installed cables and requires only one multimode 62.5/125- micron fiber. It supports synchronous data rates to 256 kbits/sec or asynchronous data rates to 38.4 kbits/sec. The optical link operates to a distance of 2.5 kilometers. The modem is packaged in 5ٳ.5ٷ.3-inch housing and includes a DC adapter.
