Pacific Telecom Cable is the U.S. owner and operator of the North Pacific Cable (npc). npc is a joint undersea cable project with International Digital Communications Inc., Japan, and Cable & Wireless plc, UK. npc connects Pacific City, OR, to Muira, Japan, and Seward, AK.
