MicroSoft Corp. (Redmond, WA) has signed an agreement with InterAmericas Communications Corp. (Boca Raton, FL) to develop corporate Internet services for Chile and Peru. The two firms will develop and promote Internet services for delivery over broadband networks. InterAmericas operates fiber-optic networks in Santiago, Chile, and Lima, Peru.
