(Denver, CO) will deploy Objective System Integrator`s (osi`s--Folsom, CA) NetExpert framework for fault and traffic management of Quest`s multivendor switched network. osi is a provider of operations support systems and network and service management solutions. Qwest will use NetExpert to manage a range of switches, signal transfer points and service control points as it constructs its fiber-optic network.
