American Communications Services Inc., Tulsa, OK, has inaugurated a fiber-optic network that will provide telecommunications services to Tulsa`s central business district. It also announced plans for a 20-mile network expansion to serve the greater metropolitan area, as well as another 40-mile expansion for later this year. The company has invested more than $6 million in the new network.
