Linthicum, MD, has announced an extension of its relationship with at&t that calls for provision of the MultiWave Sentry system to the telecommunications giant over a five-year period. The agreement contains no minimum purchase commitment for the dense wavelength-division multiplexing equipment and associated Telecommunications Management Network-compliant network management software and installation services. With an evaluation of the equipment in at&t`s networks still under way, actual orders under the agreement aren`t expected until next year.
