Clock and data recovery units

The GD16546 and GD16547 clock and data recovery units are identical in functionality, except for that the first has a CML output where the second has an ECL output. Both devices feature a complete CDR and lock acquisition. They have on-chip PLL, including a low-jitter 2.5-Gbit/sec VCO and on-chip limiting amplifier. Both Ics come in 40-pin JEDEC MLC packages.
