Optimum Lightpath to acquire 4Connections LLC

JULY 16, 2008 -- Optimum Lightpath (search for Optimum Lightpath), provider of advanced Ethernet-based business communications services in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area, has signed an agreement to acquire 4Connections LLC.

Based in Parsippany, NJ, 4Connections provides voice, data and video services to businesses over fiber. The company, an early supporter of New Jersey's quest for more advanced telecommunications networks, currently connects a significant portion of New Jersey with its secure and reliable fiber-optic network, report Optimum Lightpath representatives.
