Name change

Reliance Comm/Tec Corp. in Cleveland has been renamed Reltec Corp. It was recently sold by Rockwell International Corp. to K-Tec Holdings, an affiliate of New York investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., following Rockwell`s acquisition of the former Reliance Comm/ Tec parent, Reliance Electric Co. (see Lightwave, August 1995, page 6.) Reltec is now a privately held company focusing on the worldwide communications industry.
