Pass & Seymour/Legrand, Syracuse, NY, a producer of electrical wiring devices, has signed an agreement under which it will acquire all the outstanding shares of Ortronics Inc., Pawcatuck, CT. Ortronics produces premises wiring hardware used in voice, data, and video connectivity. Under the agreement, Ortronics will operate as an independent company and maintain its own sales force. Its management team will continue serving at the company.
