Flexential introduces two new professional services

Feb. 11, 2025
The services promise to help reduce cloud spending and strengthen security in hybrid IT environments.

On February 11, Flexential announced that it has launched two new professional services: The FinOps for Public Cloud service and the Security and Optimization Program. The company reports that these services are designed to help reduce and optimize enterprise public cloud spending and strengthen security across hybrid IT environments.

Flexential reports that the FinOps for Public Cloud service aims to help reduce cloud spending by analyzing, proposing, and implementing cost reductions and cost management controls, while the Security and Optimization Program uncovers security gaps, mitigates migration risks, and streamlines resource allocation.

Brian Gero, Flexential’s senior vice president of Core and Strategic Engineering, said that by collaborating directly with Flexential, technical teams are enabled to implement impactful, lasting solutions.

“Companies are grappling with rising cloud costs and cybersecurity risks while struggling to maintain the technical expertise needed to address these challenges,” said Gero in a press release. “Our services deliver immediate value by giving businesses the expertise to slash unnecessary spending and fortify security without stretching their internal resources.”

Flexential reports that the new services evolved out of successful custom implementations with enterprise customers.
