Investor funds are advancing analytic capabilities and supporting marketing efforts.

On December 3, SmarTrak.Ai, part of the Cisco ecosystem, announced that strategic funding and new contracts with leading IT sellers are fueling rapid growth.

The platform, which the company says enables executives to integrate lifecycle management into their strategic growth and retention objectives, secured a multimillion-dollar investment led by Granite Telecommunications co-founder Rand Currier.

“SmarTrak.Ai is uniquely positioned to empower Cisco and potentially other technology companies and their partners with transformative, AI-driven technology that outperforms traditional solutions,” said Currier in a press release. “The platform aligns with Cisco’s recurring revenue, sustainability, and growth objectives, positioning partners for success in an evolving market.”

The company says that funds from the investment will accelerate its predictive analytics capabilities as well as expand marketing and sales efforts.

SmarTrak.Ai also reports that it has partnered with several multibillion-dollar IT resellers and has been named the Americas Digital Solutions Integrator (DSI) Innovation Partner of the Year.
