Aug. 28, 2001--North American DataCom, Inc., a fiber optic and data storage company, announced it has reached an agreement with Infusion Software Group, LLC (Infusion) to form Global PTX, LLC.

North American DataCom, Inc. (OTC BB:NADA), a fiber optic and data storage company, announced it has reached an agreement with Infusion Software Group, LLC (Infusion) to form Global PTX, LLC. North American DataCom, Inc. (NADC) and Infusion have established an application service provider business to design, develop and implement data warehousing and data mining applications.

Global PTX will establish Private Trade Exchanges focusing on providing customers with an "end-to-end" solution for their business strategies. Initial development activities will be designed to target the Manufacturing and Retail Business Industry Sectors, specifically focused on vendor/customer supply chain synchronization. Infusion is specialized software and marketing service provider to enterprises thought the US.

Global PTX will offer collaborative services designed to extract and coordinate information from databases within the supply chain, resulting in reduced enterprise expenses for its clients. Global PTX is targeting corporations that makeup strategic trading groups. The service Global will provide to the corporation will provide significant improvement in operating efficiencies.

"Our main focus," said Will Bangham, Infusion's president, "is delivery of measurable economic returns to strategic trading partners within a PTX, especially those customers spanning international borders. Every element of the supply chain, manufacturing process and inventory management can be improved. Global PTX will accomplish this through Infusion's software and consulting partnerships. Collaborative partnerships will provide value-added services to pre-existing customer bases, and will facilitate rapid market penetration, while optimizing resource utilization."
