ServerVault leases Internet infrastructure from Metromedia Fiber Network

Mar. 29, 2001--ServerVault, a secure managed hosting service, is leasing Internet infrastructure from Metromedia Fiber Network, Inc., a provider of optical IP Internet infrastructure within key metropolitan areas domestically and internationally.

ServerVault, a secure managed hosting service, is leasing Internet infrastructure from Metromedia Fiber Network, Inc. (MFN) (Nasdaq:MFNX), a provider of optical IP Internet infrastructure within key metropolitan areas domestically and internationally. ServerVault will use MFN's network and Internet services to provide its customers with secure access to sophisticated network technology and the latest next-generation hosting technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, MFN will connect ServerVault to its One-Hop optical infrastructure and world-class data centers and provide ServerVault with Internet and transit services. MFN's infrastructure is augmented by the highest standards of redundancy and security within an exceptionally robust, secure and reliable environment.
