"We required a solution that would enable us to provide the same levels of reliability, voice quality,y and service that our customers have come to expect from us, but would also allow us to deliver new offerings and expand our customer reach. Sonus met all of our technical and business requirements, and we are very pleased with how our deployment has progressed."

Powercom has implemented a full set of Sonus voice infrastructure solutions, including the GSX9000 Open Services Switch, the Insignus Softswitch, and the Sonus Insight Management System. Powercom has completed the first phase of deployment with Sonus and has migrated all of its long distance voice traffic from the carrier's original circuit-switched network to the Sonus packet voice platform.
