The broadband provider aims to pass 400,000 additional homes as part of its expansion plan.

On March 25, WOW! Internet, TV & Phone announced that its broadband expansion project has reached a milestone of over 100,000 additional homes passed, including more than 80,000 FTTH passings in its greenfield markets—a result of the company’s market expansion efforts, which aim to pass 400,000 homes in new communities.

WOW! Has activated customers across the Michigan counties of Livingston, Genesee, and Oakland; the Alabama counties of Houston and Henry; the Florida counties of Hernando, Orange, and Seminole; and Greenville County in South Carolina.

WOW! CEO Teresa Elder reported that the company plans to continue expanding its reach to more homes in the coming months.

“Since announcing our market expansion plans in 2022, we’ve made significant strides in bringing WOW!’s fast and reliable services to more communities,” said Elder in a press release. “With strong momentum in both greenfield and edge-out markets, we remain focused on delivering the best broadband options, outstanding customer service, and clear value to our customers.”
