On June 25, SaaS provider GOCare announced that its GOCare Messeneger tool-set has been implemented by fiber internet service provider FiberFirst. The company reports that the tool-set will revolutionize digital customer engagement for FiberFirst subscribers by providing real-time updates and messaging about account status, billing information, and appointments.
Bryan Davis, executive vice president of sales and services at FiberFirst, said the tool-set will help elevate FiberFirst’s service offerings.
“We selected GOCare based on their industry experience and focus on the broadband industry. At FiberFirst, we are committed to continuous improvement and proactive customer service. Integrating GOCare’s solution will ensure we provide our customers with timely information and peace of mind,” said Davis in a press release.
GOCare reports that its messenger tool-set is a cloud-based, fully integrated, two-way digital communications solution that provides options beyond traditional phone calls like message automation integrated with CHR Solutions, FiberFirst’s B/OSS provider.
GOCare CTO Rick Perkins said in the same press release, “FiberFirst’s commitment to delivering a superior customer experience is a defining part of their go-to-market differentiation. GOCare has been instrumental in the digital transformation of clients for several years now. Today’s consumers overwhelmingly favor digital communications like SMS over phone calls. GOCare delivers the technology and strategy to ensure our clients’ subscribers have access to the channel of their choice.”
