The NCTC has launched a new member education initiative with a partnership agreement from Jones/NCTI. The two-year agreement provides discounted technical, customer care and leadership training curriculum for the co-op's member companies, along with access to Amp, Jones/NCTI's mobile learning application, which is designed to provide real-time information to employees in the field.

In addition, some Jones/NCTI white papers, blogs and webinars will be available through the new NCTC Indie Ed educational microsite. Indie Ed includes articles, webinars, videos, blogs and white papers from select industry organizations on issues relevant to the NCTC's small to mid-sized cable operator members.
