In its financial results for Q1 2011, Netflix listed nearly 23 million total subscribers as of March 31, an addition of 3.3 million for the quarter, and up from about 14 million a year prior. In a letter to shareholders, the OTT video provider claimed 23.6 million global subscribers today. By way of comparison, Comcast lists 22.8 million subs.
