The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has awarded an Emmy for Technology and Engineering to ThinkAnalytics in recognition of engineering creativity on Personalized Recommendation Engines for Video Discovery for MVPDs. The company's multiplatform TV search and recommendations engine enables content providers, OTT providers, and Pay TV operators to deliver personalized content recommendations that combine multiple sources of data, including linear TV, VOD, DVR, Web, tablets, mobile, and social media. The platform is available as a cloud-based or on-premise solution.
The Technology and Engineering Emmy® Awards are given to "tool makers" of the industry, honor development and innovation in broadcast technology, and recognize breakthrough technologies that have a significant effect on the TV viewing experience. Recipients of the 66th annual Technology and Engineering Emmy® Awards will be honored during a banquet at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) on January 8, 2015 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
