Qligent Vision Analytics is a cloud-hosted Big Data system that uses virtual probes and IoT/STB/OTT devices to collect last-mile and end-user data. This information is used to augment existing data sources and analyzed as a whole using artificial intelligence/machine learning and data mining technologies. The end-goal is to more efficiently monitor and analyze service availability and quality, predict and prevent service impairments and assess the likelihood of churn of each IPTV and OTT subscriber - continuously and in real-time.

Judge's Comment: "Seems like a promising way to gather disparate information for better predictive analysis and action."
