Plume’s cloud-based CEM platform has managed nearly a billion devices as work-from-home directives swept the globe and data hunger in the home surged to nearly 200%. There was concern that CSPs could not keep up with bandwidth demands greater than their typical pre-COVID-19 baselines. However, the 200 CSPs who use Plume's CEM platform to power their smart home solutions have maintained quality of experience thanks to the proactive network monitoring that is at the core of Plume’s solution. Plume’s AI-powered adaptive WiFi algorithms have mitigated impacts and managed to keep QoE scores and device experiences near perfect, says the company.

Judge’s Comment: “Solid performer in the Customer Experience Management space. Provides data capture, analytics, and dashboards to assist support teams to make better decisions.”
