TiVo and Grande Communications, a Texas-based broadband service provider, announced an agreement under which TiVo Premiere will be the exclusive DVR promoted by Grande. As a result of the new relationship, TiVo Premiere DVRs and TiVo's multi-room solution will become the foundation of Grande's advanced TV offering.Scheduled to launch later this year, TiVo Premiere from Grande will bring together traditional TV, Internet-delivered video and interactive applications as well as Grande's VOD offerings, in one user interface. Grande serves Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Midland, Odessa, San Antonio, San Marcos and Waco.
