WOW! (NYSE:WOW) announced the availability of its WOW! Whole-Home WiFi solution across the entirety of its footprint. The company introduced the mesh solution, which uses the eero home WiFi system, in its Columbus, OH, and Pinellas, FL, markets on July 10. Instead of using a single router, Whole-Home WiFi is customized to every home using multiple eero access points, learning the space, devices and network usage. It's also designed to provide increased security over traditional routers.

"Today, we have unleashed the fastest, most reliable and most secure WiFi solution to the entirety of WOW!'s footprint after the amazing response from customers in both Columbus, OH, and Pinellas, FL," said Teresa Elder, CEO of WOW!. "For WOW! customers everywhere, there are now no slow zones - just WOW! zones, meaning hassle-free downloading, streaming and gaming from every corner of the home."

The WiFi solution is installed by WOW! technicians who customize the WiFi network to a home's specific needs.

"Home WiFi systems should protect customers from the increasing number of security threats to connected devices in the home," said Nate Hardison, co-founder and head of product, eero. "We built eero hardware and software together to ensure that we can control and improve digital security, and know WOW! customers will benefit from this new offering."

WOW! Whole-Home WiFi can be bundled with the company's residential Internet, TV and phone packages. WOW! offers three residential Internet speeds: Internet 100, up to 100 Mbps; Internet 500, up to 500 Mbps; and Internet 1000, up to 1Gbps.

In other WOW! news, the company has announced the availability of Internet, cable and phone services, including 1 Gbps and Whole-Home WiFi, to Amherst and South Amherst, OH. WOW! residential and business services are now available to more than 4,800 customers in both communities.
